Walking Tall is a dynamic interactive workshop. You will learn to overcome challenges with courage and optimism, break free from whatever holds you back, and begin to create the life you dream of.
Bottom line: we will look at what it means to be BIG INside! Through heartwarming personal stories Peggy shares the tragedies and triumphs of her life as a little person, along with universal principles and practical techniques that build inner strength, confidence, compassion, resiliency and resolve. Peggy is all about personal empowerment, living life to the fullest, and Walking Tall! Come join us!
Meet the speaker:
Peggy O’Neill is an advocate for positive living. Having triumphed over many challenges, Peggy now celebrates her uniqueness! From the soaring height of 3’8” she works as a psychotherapist, speaker, author, coach and is a featured teacher in the new self-help movie “The Opus.” Peggy works with groups and one-on-one helping people open their hearts and minds to become more accepting of everything in life, most of all themselves. Her goal is to help free you from whatever holds you back, to guide you into a celebration as you recognize your magnificence both inside and out. Peggy also serves on the board of Disability Rights CA, the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the National Speakers Association (GLAC/NSA), and the Empathy Place Foundation.
